Access to those web 2.0 tools are restricted and limited in my campus, and my students' motivation to do online communication (write emails, post in the blogs, etc) is a bit low because they have to go to Internet cafes around campus (which are quite expensive according to my students). Access to Language Laboratory is limited since it is open only on working hours and the connection is very slow.
I think that's all from me, thank you.

I'm a PhD candidate completing my dissertation on Information Overload’s Impact on Organizational Leaders: Learning How to Thrive in the 21st Century. I'm using the conceptual framework published by Eppler and Mengis (2004) to study the problem. Their premise is there are five factors that contribute to our information processing capacity:
* Information characteristics
* Technology
* Personal factors
* Tasks performed
* Organizational environment
I joined Work Literacy - Web 2.0 to learn how these web tools might help leaders manage information overload.
