Work Literacy

Web 2.0 for Learning Professionals

Now that the "official" Work Literacy learning event is drawing to a close, now what?

Several people have emailed and messaged to ask if the Ning will remain online. Definitely! This has become an incredible resource of ideas, links, slideshows and conversations and one of the beauties of this kind of technology is that we can keep the site online indefinitely.

Also, I know that I continue to add new links to Delicious using our "wlning" tag--I hope everyone else does this too, in part as a way to keep things fresh here for others who come along later to view the course.

But what else can/should happen? Where do we go from here?

Hello, very satisfied to have followed this workshop, I knew little Web 2.0 tools previously, but now I discovered many of the others.
Although I was spectator and although I am not good in English, I was able to follow and even to begin to experiment the new tools I discover especially sosial bookmarking and social networking, I plan to make presentations of these tools in the research center where I work because several employees do not know or know vaguely these tools which facilitate the collaboratif work.
I would like to thank all the organizers of this workshop, my thanks also go to all the persons who made mulimedia presentations and specially videos of presentation in plain English.
