I have also noticed the issue with rendering screen pages in Firefox vs. I.E. -- sometime the page just won't print correctly! Not good if you're trying to print postage...
P.S. I like the pictures and discussions in your blog, and the widget you added to your home page here. When I get enough time, I will probably start my own blog (on wordpress as well.)
