With your help,I definitely understand the role that diigo plays in education .That is valuable for me. Only you can really offer me the specific application of diigo in education. You are so generous and professional.
That is very kind of you.I think your methods are also helpful for the study in college. Can you tell me how do you use the group feature in your classroom? I hope that I do not ask for much.
I know -- good to see you as well! I didn't forget about you -- in fact was wishing you would be attending Virtual School Symposium as I'll be presenting on Web 2.0 with a couple of MS admins (Connie and Jackie).
Just read your post as part of the "Week 2" discussions on social bookmarking and couldn't help but notice your remarks about homeschooling. I appreciate your perspective and just wanted to encourage you...pursue whatever avenue is right for you and your family. Making the decision to HS doesn't mean you check your brains, passions, or experience at the door. You'll still have just as much value to add to the learning community.
I just wanted to say hi, because when I read your post on the 'introductions' forum, it reminded me of me! I taught 4 years of high school biology and physics, but now I'm more interested in how we can use web 2.0 in education.
Hi Melanie--great to see you here! You mention that you have substantial experience in social media--can you share how you're currently using it? Always love to learn more!
